Jim Jefferies Wins Over the Skopje Audience: Laughter and Fantastic Energy for More Than 1,500 Attendees at a Two-Hour Stand-Up Show

Skopje last night hosted Jim Jefferies, one of the world’s biggest stand-up comedians. Jefferies performed before a packed hall of around 1,500 attendees at the “Jane Sandanski” Sports Center. The audience enjoyed more than 90 minutes of top-tier stand-up, filled with laughter, genuine reactions, and an energy rarely experienced at this kind of event.
The Skopje performance was part of his current and highly successful European tour, through which Jefferies is promoting his latest material titled Son of a Carpenter, just a few months after the premiere of his most recent Netflix special. The show was performed entirely in English and offered an exclusive, full-evening experience for the Macedonian audience.
With a career spanning more than two decades, Jim Jefferies is considered one of the most influential stand-up comedians today. Known for his distinctive style — bold, intelligent, and direct — he tackles everyday and social topics without restraint, once again justifying the reputation that has placed him on the world’s most prestigious stages such as Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, and London’s O2 Arena. At the Just for Laughs festival in Montreal in 2019, he was named Stand-Up Comedian of the Year.
Jefferies is also a successful host, podcaster, and writer, and his newest Netflix special, Jim Jefferies: Two Limb Policy, released in August 2025, is part of a series of six stand-up shows produced for Netflix.
